RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are committed to outstanding customer care. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Exchanges are only made for identical product.
Please follow the instructions below to process your exchange or refund:
- Contact customer service to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). This must be included with your package for reference.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Securely pack the item for shipping. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommended shipping the package with tracking information. Packages not received/lost and shipped without tracking information are not the responsibility of Adelphie Natural Skin Care.
- You will be sent a confirmation email when we receive the package. Your refund or exchange will be issued within 72 hours of receipt with an additional 3-5 business days for the transaction to process.
If you receive damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders, a replacement or additional item(s) will be sent with no additional charges. Claims will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion.
